1、 Product Overview:
The pulse test bench designed and manufactured by our company is a high-performance test bench developed by drawing on advanced foreign experience and combining it with the actual needs of the corresponding industry in China. The main components of the equipment are imported hydraulic components, combined with NI's (LABVIEW software) measurement and control software, making the entire equipment easy to operate, stable in performance, and capable of conducting various pressure pulse tests.

4、 Main functions and features:
Composed of a computer and an American NI acquisition card (LABVIEW software) control system, it adopts electro-hydraulic servo control, and the pulse pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily within the adjustment range, with high precision control.
Multiple channels and workstations can conduct multiple tests simultaneously without affecting each other. When the tested workpiece explodes during the pulse test, it does not affect other workpieces to continue testing, achieving unmanned operation. Experimental data and graphics are automatically recorded and saved in the computer.
Using computers for data collection, control, and management. Pulse pressure, ambient temperature, medium temperature, test frequency, waveform can all be set through the human-machine interface and can be printed out.
By using an accumulator to supplement pressure, the reliability, stability, and service life of the pressurization system are improved, while ensuring pressure accuracy.
At the beginning of the experiment, the gas inside the sample is automatically eliminated (for hose testing), and when the number of test pulses is reached, the machine stops automatically. It also has the function of automatically recovering the leaked medium after disassembling the tested workpiece.
The inner layer of the observation window is a protective net, and the outer layer is organic glass, ensuring maximum personal safety. Built in lighting facilitates the installation and removal of workpieces and observation of internal testing conditions in case of poor light conditions.
The hydraulic oil cooling method adopts the self circulation cooling of hydraulic oil in the oil tank and the addition of a water cooler for cooling. The effective volume of the oil tank is 10 times the flow rate of the pump station, so it has good heat dissipation; In order for the motor pump unit to work for a long time, a water-cooled radiator is installed on the outside of the oil tank body to dissipate heat from the oil tank.
It consists of two parts: the control cabinet and the specimen box. The equipment layout is reasonable, with water and electricity separated, and all pipelines are connected with stainless steel pipes.
