The Enthalpy difference laboratory meets the requirements of GB/T7725-1996 standard and uses the air enthalpy difference method to test the cooling (heating) capacity of air conditioners. It can test the performance of various single - and three-phase window type, split type, and unit type air conditioners. The system is equipped with semi-automatic working condition control, automatic stability judgment, and recording.

6. Exterior insulation structure of the laboratory
The function of the external insulation structure of the laboratory is to divide the enthalpy difference laboratory into relatively independent indoor and outdoor environmental chambers in space, thereby ensuring that the laboratory can establish artificial simulation environments that meet testing requirements and are relatively stable in both indoor and outdoor rooms, without interference from the external space. The heat transfer between the internal space and the external environment, as well as between the indoor and outdoor sides of the isolation test room, reduces the loss of cold and heat, lowers the energy consumption for regulating the ambient temperature, and has a significant insulation and energy-saving effect.
7. Air handling unit
The air conditioning treatment system mainly consists of air conditioning cabinets, fans, heaters, humidifiers, refrigeration systems, etc. Its function is to regulate the indoor air state of the enthalpy difference test chamber to achieve the required operating conditions for testing.
8. Temperature and humidity sampling system
The temperature and humidity sampling system mainly includes: temperature sampler, platinum resistor, sampling fan, temperature transmitter
Temperature control instruments and computer measurement systems, etc. Its function is to collect indoor dry and wet bulb temperatures, and outdoor dry and wet bulb temperatures

4、 System control system:
The measurement and control system provides users with a convenient measurement and control operation platform, which consists of various measurement and control instruments, transmitters, computers, switches, indicator lights, etc. The main function is to operate the enthalpy difference laboratory control center, ensuring the normal operation of the laboratory.
5、 Measurement data acquisition system:
The measurement data acquisition system is a system that collects basic parameters for enthalpy difference method testing, converts the electrical parameters of various sensors into digital quantities, mainly including power meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, etc.
Design of refrigeration load for enthalpy difference laboratory refrigeration system
The refrigeration system of the enthalpy difference laboratory adopts a water coil type variable air volume air conditioning system, which is cooled by a water-cooled chiller unit. Water is used as the refrigerant to perform heat and humidity treatment on the variable air volume air handling unit, ultimately achieving the organic combination, coordinated control, and stable operation of the refrigeration system and the variable air volume air handling system. By designing in this way, it is possible to meet the high cooling capacity of the enthalpy difference laboratory and facilitate temperature regulation. The water-cooled chiller unit has a cooling capacity adjustment function, and the water pipeline system can be adjusted again by adjusting the valve, thus achieving precise control. Avoiding the inconvenience of load adjustment and limited cooling capacity caused by direct evaporation refrigeration, while simplifying system control.
