The machine cannot start:
Reason for malfunction: Insufficient external power supply voltage, damaged power cord or loose connector, corroded connector of power switch, damaged circuit fuse.
Solution: Improve the voltage of the factory building, replace or re lock the power cord, replace the power switch, check for short circuits in all electrical components, and replace if necessary.
Uncontrollable or slow heating:
Reason for malfunction: The contacts of the electromagnetic switch are stuck or poor, there is a short circuit or open circuit in one or two groups of non-contact switches, the electric heater is disconnected, the wiring terminals of the main circuit are poor, and the voltage is insufficient.
Solution: Replace the electromagnetic switch, replace the contactless switch, replace the electric heater, reprocess the wiring part, and check the power supply voltage.
Ozone concentration cannot be controlled or does not work:
Reason for malfunction: aging of ozone probe, unstable external voltage, malfunction of ozone concentration controller, and damage to ozone generator.
Solution: Replace the ozone probe, check and stabilize the external voltage, check and repair the ozone concentration controller, and replace the ozone generator.
No alarm sound:
Reason for malfunction: The alarm burned out.
Solution: Replace the alarm with a new one.
The equipment emits loud noise:
Reason for malfunction: uneven foundation or unstable installation of the machine, loose piping of the machine.
Solution: Adjust the installation position to ensure a flat foundation, inspect and tighten the piping.
Large indoor temperature difference and insufficient air output:
Reason for malfunction: The motor rotates in the wrong direction and the wind turbine falls off.
Solution: Change the direction of motor rotation, remove the upper indoor unit cover and re lock the wind turbine.
When conducting experiments, the displayed value of ozone concentration cannot be stably controlled within the numerical range, resulting in phenomena of either High or low:
Solution: Check the connection between the transmitter and the box to ensure good insulation.
During the experiment, the ozone generator was constantly working and the displayed values kept increasing, making it difficult to control:
Solution: Check if the solid-state output signal is correct to ensure that the solid-state relay is working properly.
When repairing and troubleshooting, relevant safety operating procedures should be followed to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment
